Case Study: Multi-Tennant Commercial Water Damage

This large loss project consisted of a two-story multi-tennant office building in Bowling Green. We started this project in January of 2025 and took four months to complete, from start to finish.

The Damage

The sprinkler heads on the second floor froze and burst, causing water damage to multiple offices on both floors.

Special Circumstances

Because the offices were still in operation, we had to work around the various schedules of the tennants. 

Process

We conducted water extraction and dehumidification to salvage as much carpet as we could, while minimizing down time for businesses in the building.
