Case Study: Large Residential Water Damage

This project belonged to a large residential property in Bowling Green. We took on this job in May of 2025. From mitigation to complete repairs, the work was done in five weeks!

The Damage

The kitchen of the home was flooded with several inches of water. We needed to demo the floors and remove the cabinets and granite so they could be reinstalled afterward.

Special Circumstances

Both residents of this house were very elderly, so we decided to quarantine the kitchen area for their safety. This meant working around the special needs of the homeowners.

Process

We ran mitigation both in the kitchen and crawlspace. We did salvage the countertops and contain the kitchen moisture, minimizing damaged material that needed replacing.
